Delete your RuneVault account

You can delete your RuneVault account, made by CatCardia LLC, and all of its data at any time.

In the app

Open RuneVault and sign in.
Go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and vaults are deleted right away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@runevault.dev from the email address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. Use the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Apple using Hide My Email, send it from the address that relay forwards to and tell us you used Sign in with Apple.

We may reply to confirm the request comes from the account’s owner. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming, usually much sooner, and email you when it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your account: email address, name (if Apple shared it), and sign-in identifiers.
All your vaults and every card entry in them.

What may remain for a limited time. Copies in routine database backups and service logs are removed automatically, typically within 30 days. Crash reports are tied only to an anonymous account ID, not your email, and expire on their own. We keep information longer only where the law requires it.

Data stored on your phone, such as an offline copy of your vaults, is removed when you sign out or delete the app.
